肩胛颈骨折疗效分析

摘要 目的 分析各型肩胛颈骨折的疗效，探讨手术治疗的适应征。方法 随访51例不同分型的肩胛颈骨折病例，非手术治疗组29例，手术治疗组22例，对肩关节功能进行ASES评分，并作统计学处理。 结果 A型肩胛颈骨折非手术组均分11.02分，手术组均分20.18分，二者差异显著（P<0.05）；B型和C型肩胛颈骨折手术组与非手术组评分在统计学上无显著性差异（P>0.05）。 结论 A型肩胛颈骨折是外科手术的明确指针，手术治疗对B、C二型肩胛颈骨折患者的肩关节功能恢复无明显临床意义。

ABSTRACT Objective Analysis of the curative effect of every kind of Scapular neck fracture, To investigate therapeutic properties of operative treatment. Methods 51 cases of different kinds of Scapular neck fracture were follow-up surveyed, There are 29 cases of non-operative treatment and 22 cases of operative treatment, To progress ASES grade to shoulder joint function and do the statistic treatment. Results The average mark of non-operative treatment of A type scapular neck fracture is 11.02, operative treatment is 20.18, the difference is notable (P<0.05); there is no notable difference between non-operative and operative treatment of B and C type scapular neck fracture (P>0.05). Conclusions A type scapular neck fracture is the explicit pointer of surgery operation, the operative treatment has no notable clinical meaning to the restoration of shoulder joint function of B and C type scapular neck fracture.
