介导乳腺癌向肺脏转移的基因
通过体内选择，转录分析，功能鉴定和临床验证，我们确定了一系列的基因，这些基因在乳腺癌向肺转移的过程当中起着标记和介导的作用。这些基因中的一些基因还具有着双重的功能，在肿瘤的原发病灶和肺内的微小环境中提供生长优势。其他的基因则在肺内的侵袭生长选择过程中发挥作用。这些基因中的大部分编码细胞外的蛋白并且先前是不知道它们同肿瘤的恶性转移存在着相关性。

摘要原文：By means of in vivo selection, transcriptomic analysis, functional verification and clinical validation, here we identify a set of genes that marks and mediates breast cancer metastasis to the lungs. Some of these genes serve dual functions, providing growth advantages both in the primary tumour and in the lung microenvironment. Others contribute to aggressive growth selectively in the lung.
