【bio-news】求助:“抗氧化与免疫的关系”的文献
活性氧(reactive oxygen species, ROS)的研究已经有四十多年的历史,前三十年关注其毒性,最近开始关注其信号转导(Kimura et al 2005)。免疫需要ROS,但ROS太高会引起细胞凋亡或坏死,需要抗氧化能力来维持一定水平的ROS,形成氧化-抗氧化的内稳态(oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis, OAH)(Victor et al 2003, Ji et al 2006),因此,抗氧化剂补充是否有益决定于体内的ROS水平(Salganik 2001)。如果ROS太高,抗氧化补充可以恢复OAH,有利于提高免疫力(Heyland et al 2006)。如果ROS水平已然较低,抗氧化剂补充是无益的甚至是有害的(Bjelakovic et al 2007)。一定量的ROS不但对杀菌、解毒和细胞凋亡等是有益的(Salganik 2001),而且对淋巴细胞的免疫反应也是有益的(徐伟刚等2003)。最近发现的中性粒细胞形成胞外菌网(neutrophil extracellular traps, NETs)的杀菌方式也需要一定量的ROS(Fuchs et al 2007)。
