摘 要 : 目的 研究肿瘤坏死因子、白介素 - 1 β在脑缺血 /再灌注损伤中的作用及雷公藤多糖甙对其影响。方法 用线栓法建立大鼠脑缺血 /再灌注动物模型 ,用放免法测定血清中肿瘤坏死因子 -α、白介素 - 1β的含量。结果 雷公藤多糖甙能抑制肿瘤坏死因子 - α、白介素 - 1 β的水平升高。结论 雷公藤多糖甙对大鼠局灶性脑缺血 /再灌注损伤有保护作用。

Abstract: Objective To study the role of TNF and IL- 1 β on focal cerebral ischem ia- reperfusion injury in rats and the effects of multi- glycosides of TWHF (GTW)on them. Methods Rat cerebral ischemia- reperfusion
injury m odel was established with suture method. Using RIA method to determ ine TNF and IL- 1 β content in serum . Results This study showed that GTW could reduce the production of TNF and IL- 1β. Conclusion GTW possesses protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia- reperfusion injury in rat.
