Nature Reviews Cancer and Nature Reviews Drug Discovery are pleased to present a joint Focus on Kinases in cancer. The Focus examines the role of kinase signalling in cancer and the potential for developing effective therapies that can modulate various kinase pathways. Following the success of targeted kinase inhibitor therapies such as imatinib and gefitinib this continues to be a fast moving area of research. The articles on this page are freely available for three months from December 2004 to February 2005.
