摘 要 目的:拓宽SARS溯源研究的思路以及改进研究的方法。方法:依据有关文献，结合
现代流行病学和生物进化理论，提出“可疑烧鸡”为SARS起源的假说,并应用因果联系的
标准进行了验证与讨论。结果：从现有的研究成果来看，尚不能确立这个假说，也不能
确认果子狸或蝙蝠为人类SARS的传染源。结论：不应仅以冠状病毒基因排序的情况提
出病因假设，要首先从流行病学的宏观研究入手，多做些SARS可疑病因(如：果子狸、
可疑烧鸡等）的病例对照研究。

Abstract The purpose: Open up thinking and improve Study method to SARS origins.
Method: According to the relevant document，combine the modern Epidemiology
and the evolution theories of the biology, put forward“suspicious roasted chicken”
build the hypothesis of the origins of SARS，and use the relation standard of cause
and effect go the verify and discussions.Result:From the existing research work
result,still can''t establish this hypothesis.The reason of the same, also can''t confirm
the infection source of SARS is civet or bats.Conclusion:Shouldn''t only put forward
the cause of disease hypothesis with the autoploidy of virus gene，want to be first
from the Epidemiology of macroscopic research commence，doing some
case-control sdudies of suspicious cause of SARS more( as civet,suspicious roasted
chicken etc.)

2002-2003年冬春之交，重症急性呼吸系统综合症（Severe Acute Respiratory
Syndrome, SARS）肆虐全球，严重威胁了人类健康与生命安全，社会经济生活受到巨
大损失。为此，在其后的四年时间里国内外有关专家，做了大量研究工作，取得了不少
成果。然而，由于SARS是个突如其来，威胁严重，又突无其踪的一种新的疾病，给研
究工作带来不少难题，至今有关SARS起源的研究仍然扑朔迷离。本文作者经阅读大量
有关文献，结合现代流行病学和生物进化理论，提出“可疑烧鸡”为SARS起源的假说，
现简要论述如下，供参考。
1.假说提出的依据 作者把“可疑烧鸡”做为SARS起源假说的理由是：其一，鸡传染性支
气管炎冠状病毒(Avian infectious bronchitis virus,IBV）是一种重组变异较快，与SARS
冠状病毒同属、同科，是冠状病毒科的代表株（1）；其二，鸡传染性支气管炎是一种高度
接触性传染的呼吸道传染病，临床症状以咳嗽、气喘、呼吸困难、或频繁稀粪为主，病死
率高达25％－40％，酷似人类SARS；其三，2003年4月24日，美国冠状病毒专家赖明
诏说，通过分析非典型肺炎病毒的基因序列图，他发现其中主要包括老鼠和禽类体内
的冠状病毒基因（2）；其四，广州于2002年11月中旬出现两起“怪异群体事件”，即SARS
暴发事件和超市上八毛钱一只烧鸡(本文称为“可疑烧鸡”）等低价倾销事件，且均引起了中
央领导人的高度重视。新华网广州2002年１１月２７日电（记者陈冀）曾报道说“８毛
钱能买一只烤鸡？这种令人不可思议的便宜货日前却真的出在广州超市的价格恶战"（3)。
